2025-2026 School Year:

Renovations are underway, and we’re aiming for a February 2026 opening! We welcome you to reserve a spot for your child at no cost and join us as we explore our new space and enjoy spring adventures. Sign up for our interest list for monthly updates on our building progress — we can’t wait to welcome you!

2. Complete the Registration Documents in Brightwheel:

Registration Form – This is for the 2025-2026 school year only
Note: The registration fee is due within 48 hours of attending an open house. For this year only, the fee will be offered at a discounted rate.

3. Attend an Open House

Open house dates will be announced as we near the completion of renovations, with events projected for early 2026.

2026-2027 School Year:

Registration for the 2026–2027 school year will open in January 2026, aligning with most Wake County preschool enrollment timelines. At that time, families are welcome to reserve a spot for their child at no cost while we complete building renovations.

Family Handbook (One-time signature required; no changes from the previous year)
Registration Form – (Available when registration opens in January—exact date coming soon)
Note: No payment is required until you’ve had the opportunity to tour the completed building and confirm that Explora is the right fit for your family.

3. Attend an Open House

Open house dates will be announced as we near the completion of renovations, with events projected for early 2026.

Calendar

We follow a modified Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) calendar, observing their holidays and select teacher workdays. A full calendar will be provided upon enrollment.

We are open from 8:30am-12:30pm Monday through Friday, with staggered drop off and pick-up times for each classroom.

Tuition (2025-2026)

Tuition is paid monthly and is due one month in advance.

A registration fee of $125 is due per child each year.

We offer a 5% sibling discount on tuition, taken from the lower tuition.
