Due to the nature of our program and the amount of time we spend outdoors, we require that all children in classes 3 and up are potty-trained.
Play-Based Learning
We offer engaging play invitations to empower children to be creative thinkers and inventors through hands-on investigations that incorporate language, literacy, science, and mathematics.
Our provocations promote exploration and discovery with opportunities for children to think critically and build on previous knowledge through sensory activities, process art, and other self-directed activities. Our teachers utilize daily observations to customize learning experiences to respond to children’s interests and needs.

All our classrooms focus on strengthening the social emotional skills of self-confidence, empathy, self-control, curiosity, perseverance, and optimism.

Self-Confidence
We want our kids to believe they’re in control of their success. We encourage their exploration and continued efforts as they face obstacles and create solutions.

Curiosity
We ask questions to prompt children’s sense of wonder and inquisitiveness and provide open ended activities and toys to help children explore new things.

Empathy
We’ll work to label emotions, ask questions, share feelings, and observe others to strengthen children’s understanding of feelings and develop compassion.

Perseverance
We structure our activities into smaller, attainable parts and provide support and guidance in navigating solutions to help sustain your child’s efforts.

Self-Control
We provide guidance and prompt assistance to help children strengthen their awareness around their attention, emotions, thoughts, actions, and desires.

Optimism
We provide a positive and affirming environment where children learn to view challenges and obstacles as temporary and achievable.
